MyRenoWallet ("the app", "we", "us") is a homeowner-facing app from Kolo App Technologies that helps you track your home construction, renovation, or interior project — your budget, planner, site photos, material deliveries, and the connection to your advisor. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

Data	Why
Email address	To create your account and sign you in (one-time passcode by email).
Your name & project details	To set up and display your home project (category, stage, planner).
Budget, cost, and material/labour entries	To track your project spend against its estimate.
Photos & documents you upload	Floor plans, site photos, and bills you choose to add, so your advisor can review progress and verify entries.
Camera & photo-library access	Only when you choose to take or attach a photo/bill. We do not access your camera or photos in the background.
Device advertising identifier	Your device's advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android; IDFA on iOS where you allow tracking), used with the Meta SDK to attribute app installs and measure the performance of our ads.
App event data	Events such as app install, app open, and completing onboarding, shared with Meta for install attribution and analytics.

How we use it

• To provide the app's features — your budget baseline, planner, logs, and spend tracking.
• To let your assigned advisor review and verify the updates you submit.
• To send you account emails, such as your sign-in passcode.

We do not sell your personal data. We do share limited advertising and app-event data with Meta to measure and improve our advertising — see Advertising and analytics below.

How your data is stored & shared

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage). Account emails are delivered through Resend. Floor plans and site photos you upload may be processed by an AI model to generate draft cost and material estimates; an AI estimate is always reviewed by a human advisor before it is shown to you as verified. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure app installs and in-app events and to measure the performance of advertising we run on Meta's platforms. Through this SDK we collect and share with Meta Platforms, Inc.:

• your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, or IDFA on iOS where you have allowed tracking), and
• app event data — for example app install, app open, and completing onboarding.

This data is used to attribute installs to our ad campaigns, measure and improve those ads, and for analytics. We do not sell your personal data. Meta processes this data under its own policy: facebook.com/about/privacy.

Your choices: you can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). On iOS you can decline tracking when the app asks.

Data retention

We keep your project data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).

Your choices & rights

• Access, correct, or delete your data — contact us and we will action it.
• Revoke camera/photo permissions anytime in your device settings; the app still works for manual entry.
• Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (see Advertising and analytics).
• Stop using the app and request account deletion.

Children

MyRenoWallet is intended for adults managing a home project and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
